The women round dance songs contained in this album are songs that honor the Jingle Dress and are composed by Gabe Desrosiers. The Jingle dress is best known to the Anishinabe people as the "Medicine Dress." The Jingle dress dance is one of great honor within the Anishinabe people and carries a spiritual bond between dancer and spirit. The Northern Wind singers dedicate this album to the Medicine Dress" and all who dance this style.
One of the most respected Ojibway drum groups ever to tour the pow wow circuit is back with their fifth Arbor incredible pow wow album!
